Caribbean Cruisine has a simple proposition: In only one day, from sunrise to sunset, a full life can be lived. Meditative or athletic, sunny or gloomy, dry or lush…whatever your disposition, here is a place that is already you.

Light up a grill, throw on some Bob Marley and step into the Caribbean Café. Sample the delicious Caribbean food and drink. The recipes will take you from sunrise to sunset.

We invite you to share your Caribbean stories. As you fish, snorkel, or surf off a reef in Puerto Rico; as you dine, haggle or wander the markets of Guadeloupe; as you hike a Blue Mountain in lush Jamaica or sip blue Curacao in the deserts of Aruba.

The developed cuisines of fashionable San Juan might be your tale. Or it may be jerk chicken in Boston Beach. Or it may be cactus juice in Cozumel topped with marimbas and Mayan ruins. Will you come back from Grenada shaving nutmeg on a bowl of pasta? Bring a story, leave a chapter. Here, it has always been this way.

From Sunrise to Sunset – Another day, Another Island, Another Adventure!

In the process consider a simple rhythm: The Caribbean is wherever you are.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Our Holiday dinner Our Holiday dinner: Suggestion, be honest with yourself: How much do you really want to work entertaining? Chopping onions and garlic will maim the merriness in your eggnog. Sure, making the shrimp and pumpkin bisque, an outstanding dish we made for Thanksgiving as well, sounds lovely, but it requires shrimp shelling and steaming the Seminole pumpkins harvested this fall. Both of these tasks consumed a lot of time. Read more
