CASSANDRA’S MINTY MOJITO
THE key to a great Mojito is the fresh mint and LOTS of it.
Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves
3 Limes
2 cups Ice
2 cups Light rum
½ cup Guarapo
½ cup Club soda
1 Teaspoon of Chambord
